Contract terms and condition

1. All deposits are refundable within 3 days of signing of contract
2. Payment is due in full upon completion of said services. ($50 late fee over 30 days 2.0% per month thereafter)
3. John Strawhacker’s Swimming Pool Service. Will not be responsible and/or liable for damage to swimming pool interior due to freezing, water chemistry, or stain causing debris.
4. John Strawhacker’s Swimming Pool Service. Will not be responsible for equipment or parts left on owner’s property that are either missing or damaged.
5. John Strawhacker’s Swimming Pool Service. Will not be responsible for situations which have resulted from either another parties actions and/or the owner’s failure to follow suggested maintenance procedures.
6. John Strawhacker’s Swimming Pool Service. Is not responsible for fresh water fill lines.
7. John Strawhacker’s Swimming Pool Service. Will not be held responsible for delays in contract performance due to rain equipment failure shortages of parts or accessories, acts of god or any other unforeseen occurrence.
8. John Strawhacker’s Swimming Pool Service. Will not assume responsibility and/or liability for any piping encased in gunite, concrete, or any other unforgiving material.
9. John Strawhacker’s Swimming Pool Service. Will not assume responsibility and/or liability. For any equipment damage caused by corrosion, wear and tear or any other naturally occurring situation.
10. John Strawhacker’s Swimming Pool Service. Will not assume any responsibility and/or liability for any parts that are deteriorated, and/or the damage of any parts that are connected to the deteriorated parts during removal or reinstallation and/or servicing of said parts.
11. Any parts or merchandise installed or delivered to home owner’s property are not refundable.
12. All parts and or merchandise are subject to terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranties. All warranty claims will be handled by the manufacturer.
13. Any service call opening/closing or weekly service. Requires 24 hr notice for cancelation or a service fee will be charged.
14. John Strawhacker;s Swimming pool service will not assume liability for damage caused to swimming pool surface or equipment due to salt water generation and or water chemistry

Check policy. By using a check for payment you agree to the following terms: In the event your check is dishonored or returned for any reason you authorize us to electronically re present to your bank account for collection of the amount of the check plus any applicable fees as permitted by state law
